Multiple E12 Errors on NG 110/300 Black E12 If you have a machine that has multiple boiler level (E12) errors, please follow these steps: 1. Check level sensor continuity 2. Check wire harness continuity If continuity exists and both are OK , revert the software . You will need to go to BOX and download the previous software onto your tablet, then connect your Blue Box to the machine to revert the software following the instructions below. Excellent Compact Water Softener Filter As stated in a previous blog regarding erroneous E21 errors, our solution has been to clean the level pin AND add a special water softener filter #5633001 . These filters should have already been sent to technicians that have an Excellent Compact in their area. Please check your inventory. If you do not have a #5633001 filter, please get with the office and request one. We need to have these on hand whenever we have a service call for an EC just in case. Adding this filter has been helping with this issue and we will continue with this coarse of action to remedy these errors. You MUST have the latest version of Smuckers WBSD Tool on your tablet (V1.12.00 or greater) 2. You MUST have the latest version of NG 110 firmware update on your tablet (V1.02.00or greater) 3. You MUST have the latest version of NG 300 firmware update on your tablet (V1.02.00 or greater) ONCE ON SITE: 1. Confirm water connection is a COLD WATER connection ONLY 2. Verify with customer what temperature they are wanting the COFFEE, not the tank temp 3. Verify with customer there is a MANDATORY clean/flush cycle (approx. 10 mins) every week. It is their choice on which day, but it WILL BLOCK OUT THE COFFEE if not performed.
