NG Cleaning

While it is the responsibility of the customer to keep these machines clean, IT IS UP TO US to make sure the customer knows how. Please remember to explain the cleaning procedure and demonstrate for every new install or a service call where you see that it is not being cleaned regularly. Just point to the instructions inside of the door and walk them through it. 

Also, please remember to check to see if your NG cleaning is set to non-blocking at least once a week.

This is Christy's email a few months ago:

"Smuckers recommends NG to be set up to clean at least one day per week ( non-blocking). Wednesday is the best day so if anything goes wrong with the machine it can be serviced before the weekend . I have included directions below on setting up the cleaning days."
